Returns & Exchanges

At Radio Flyer, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
